Inner Port

Located inside the lock, Inner Port has capacity for berthing 48 ships with piers designed for automobiles, grain, general cargo, etc. including Korea’s first container pier. Some of its facilities are expected to be redeveloped as a space for Incheon citizens to relax.

Incheon’s Inner Port will be developed as an eco-friendly port with functions enhanced as a gateway to the capital

Brand new loading equipment such as gantry cranes and belt conveyors ensures swift and safe cargo shipping and handling. Containers, grain, and general goods are currently dealt with on this pier.
